MIACC design/build success relies on a sound Quality Control Plan. Through our commitment to quality and safety, our approach is cost effective, free of defect, and provides expected results. Our Quality Control Manager (QCM) is responsible for all aspects of QC, ensuring full compliance with clients' requirements. Our QCP covers all design, construction, subcontractor, manufacturer, vendor, and supplier operations at any tier. All items are checked and approved by MIACC Quality Control Manager, and will follow the Continuous Improvement; Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) cycle.

Once found to be in strict compliance with the contract and approved design requirements, each item is stamped, signed, and dated by the QCM. Copies of review comments indicating actions taken are included within each submittal. MIACC offers a dedicated range of services to the construction industry. MIACC tests construction products in specialized laboratories, reviews designs of buildings and infrastructure, performs supplier and contractor assessments, and provides a range of construction site inspections

MIACC also has a modernized quality control plan to successfully inspect the quality of work compliance with design and contract obligations and implementing through certified Quality Control and to be perform by Quality Assurance team to be auditing the quality requirements and the results from quality control measurements to ensure that appropriate quality standards are followed which were defined in Quality management plan.
